We are looking for a results-driven Manager to join our team. This role involves leading projects that support government and public institutions in achieving policy, operational, and digital transformation goals. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of public sector dynamics and a passion for driving impact through strategic advisory and implementation.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage public sector consulting engagements from planning through execution.
Provide strategic advice to government clients on policy, governance, and operational improvements.
Design and implement public sector reform and digital transformation initiatives.
Build and maintain strong relationships with public sector stakeholders.
Support business development efforts including proposal writing and client presentations.
Guide and mentor junior consultants and analysts.
What We’re Looking For
8 years of experience in industry and relevant functional work with strategy, boutique, or consulting firms
Bachelors degree from top universities (Engineering, Business Administration/Economics) MBA from a reputable university is a plus
Sector experience is a plus
Strong command of written and spoken English
Ability to articulate how a problem is approached and decomposed
Experiences in creating consulting style PowerPoint deliverables, status reports, meeting notes, project tracking etc.
Excellent relationship-building skills, with superior ability to interface well with individuals of varying levels and backgrounds in order to develop strong partnerships both internally and externally
Strong leadership and facilitation skills
Strong analytical skills and adaptation skills
Excellent communication, demonstration and presentation skills
Full computer literacy
