Freight Support Officer at Fort Knox Group

Coordinate and monitor inbound and outbound shipments.
Prepare and process shipping and freight documentation.
Liaise with transport providers, vendors, and customers to ensure smooth freight operations.
Track shipments and provide regular status updates.
Resolve delivery delays, shipment discrepancies, and logistics-related issues.
Ensure compliance with transportation regulations and company policies.
Maintain accurate records of freight transactions and delivery schedules.
Monitor freight costs and support cost optimization initiatives.
Collaborate with warehouse and operations teams to ensure efficient cargo handling.
Prepare periodic reports on freight activities and performance.

Requirements

Minimum of HND/Bachelor\'s Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
Previous experience in freight, logistics, transportation, or supply chain operations is an added advantage.
Strong organizational and coordination skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel.
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks effectively.
High attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
