Provide travel advice on destinations, flight options, accommodation, visas, tours, and travel insurance;
Consult with clients to design tailored travel solutions and itineraries;
Manage flight bookings, hotel reservations, airport transfers, and tour packages;
Prepare and update travel itineraries based on client needs and budgets;
Handle booking changes, cancellations, refunds, and travel disruptions;
Promote travel services and support sales growth through upselling and cross-selling;
Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate and individual clients;
Ensure compliance with travel industry regulations, airline policies, and company standards;
Maintain accurate booking records, client files, and travel documentation;
Monitor travel trends, visa updates, and airline information to support client advisory services;
Prepare periodic reports on bookings, sales performance, and operational activities;
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and customer satisfaction;
Perform other duties as may be assigned by Management from time to time.
Experience Requirement:
3–5 years’ relevant experience in a travel agency, travel management company, or similar role.
Education Requirement:
Bachelor’s Degree or HND in Tourism, Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or any related field.
