We are seeking an experienced and technically sound home appliance after-sales technical supervisor to oversee after-sales operations, technical support, repairs, and customer service activities for home appliance products.
The ideal candidate must possess extensive hands-on experience in home appliance electronics and strong knowledge of consumer electronics troubleshooting, maintenance, and repair processes.
Candidates must also demonstrate excellent computer and communication skills.
Applicants must strictly have a background in home appliance electronics and consumer electronics-related roles only.
Responsibilities
Supervise and manage after-sales technical support and service operations for home appliances.
Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve technical faults related to consumer electronic and home appliance products.
Coordinate repair activities, maintenance schedules, warranty claims, and technical service delivery.
Monitor and ensure excellent customer service and timely resolution of customer complaints.
Prepare technical reports, service documentation, and operational updates using computer systems and software.
Train and guide technicians on troubleshooting procedures, repair standards, and customer handling.
Ensure proper inventory management of spare parts, tools, and technical materials.
Maintain service quality standards and ensure compliance with company policies and technical procedures.
Requirements
HND in Electrical Electronics Engineering, Consumer Electronics, or any related technical field.
A minimum of 5 years of proven experience in home appliance electronics and consumer electronics.
Strong technical knowledge of home appliances, electronics, and after-sales service operations.
Must possess the 3 Cs: computer skills, communication skills, and consumer electronics skills.
Proficiency in the use of computers, Microsoft Office, and service management systems.
Strong leadership, problem-solving, and team management abilities.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple technical issues effectively.
