Supervise and monitor construction activities on-site to ensure projects are executed according to approved plans and specifications
Coordinate with architects, contractors, subcontractors, and project teams to ensure smooth project delivery
Conduct site inspections and ensure compliance with quality, safety, and regulatory standards
Prepare site reports, progress updates, and technical documentation
Monitor project timelines and assist in ensuring projects are completed within schedule and budget
Review drawings and resolve technical issues that may arise during construction
Manage site resources, materials, and equipment efficiently
Ensure adherence to health and safety regulations at all times
Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Building Technology, or a related field
3–5 years' experience in construction site supervision and project execution
Strong knowledge of construction methods, site management, and quality control processes Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and technical specifications
Proficiency in AutoCAD, Microsoft Office Suite, and other relevant tools
Excellent problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills
Professional certification is an added advantage
