Technical Project Analyst at Ikeja Electricity Distribution Company

As Technical Project Analyst, you will support the planning, coordination, monitoring, and reporting of technical and strategic projects across Ikeja Electric.
You will help ensure projects are tracked effectively, stakeholders remain aligned, and governance standards are maintained
You’ll contribute to:
Support the planning, coordination, and monitoring of technical and strategic projects.
Track project timelines, milestones, deliverables, risks, and dependencies.
Prepare project documentation, status reports, meeting minutes, and presentations.
Monitor project progress against approved schedules and escalate delays or issues when necessary.
Support coordination across Technical, Commercial, IT, Procurement, Finance, and other departments.
Maintain project governance standards, templates, and reporting structures.
Participate in project meetings and follow up on action items.
Support data gathering, analysis, and performance reporting.
Assist in identifying project risks, issues, and mitigation actions.
Support vendor engagement activities and track deliverables where required.
Ensure compliance with project management processes, safety standards, and organizational policies.
Support implementation and monitoring of regulatory and businessdriven initiatives.

Minimum Requirement
This opportunity is an Entry Level role, suited for officer to supervisor.
You will work closely with stakeholders across the business to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to agreed quality standards,
This role directly reports to the Senior Project Analyst. Successful applicants will typically possess the following criteria:
Education:
Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Project Management, Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or related discipline PMP or PRINCE II certification (added advantage).
Work Experience:
A minimum of 0-2 years of relevant work experience
Proven record of successful project delivery.
Exposure to the Electricity Distribution sector is an added advantage
