Responsibilities

Collaborate with teams and clients to foster long-term relationships by delivering high-quality solutions, addressing client needs, and proactively anticipating future challenges.
Support solution development to optimize business processes, enhance performance, and resolve operational issues through quantitative analysis and process reengineering.
Assist senior consultants in executing key projects by collecting and analyzing data, building financial models, and preparing insightful presentations and reports with actionable recommendations.
Conduct industry and market analysis to guide client decision-making, offering strategic insights and recommendations for operations, growth, and overall business strategy.
Stay updated on best practices, consulting methodologies, and emerging trends in management consulting to deliver innovative, cutting-edge solutions.

Education and Experience

Bachelor’s degree (minimum of 2:1) from any accredited college or university, in any discipline.
Membership in a relevant professional body is an added advantage.
Completion of NYSC is mandatory.
Energetic and proactive mindset, with a strong drive to take initiative.
Excellent communication, writing, and presentation skills.
Smart, fast learner, with a results-oriented approach.
