We are recruiting a highly strategic and commercially driven General Manager to oversee multiple business subsidiaries across real estate development, construction, and energy storage in Abuja.
The successful candidate will operate at an executive level, driving business growth, financial governance, and operational excellence across the portfolio.
This role requires a strong business builder capable of scaling newly established ventures into structured, profitable enterprises while managing senior stakeholders and ensuring regulatory compliance.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree required; MBA or postgraduate qualification preferred
7–10 years senior management experience across diversified businesses
Experience in real estate, construction, or investment holding companies
Strong financial governance and business strategy experience
Proven leadership and team-building capability
Strong stakeholder management and negotiation skills
Entrepreneurial mindset with strong commercial acumen
Experience operating within Nigerian regulatory environment.
