We are seeking a highly skilled and proactive Networking & Systems Specialist to design, implement, and manage our expanding IT infrastructure.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the stability and security of our internal networks, managing high-level audiovisual and telecommunications integrations, and supporting our growing portfolio of large-scale institutional projects.
Key Responsibilities
Network Design & Management: Plan, install, and maintain robust LAN/WAN architectures, including routers, switches, firewalls, and access points.
AV & Unified Communications: Deploy and manage advanced AV over IP solutions and unified communication systems for large-scale enterprise or government projects.
System Maintenance: Perform regular hardware/software audits and manage technical maintenance schedules for high-profile client infrastructure.
Performance Optimization: Monitor network performance, troubleshoot bottlenecks, and ensure maximum uptime for critical operations.
Security & Compliance: Implement rigorous network security protocols and ensure all systems adhere to international standards (ISO/IEC).
Vendor & Technical Support: Coordinate with international partners and vendors for equipment sourcing and specialized technical support.
Qualifications & Requirements
Education: Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field, if O’Level, applicant must possess a networking certification.
Experience: 3 – 5 years of hands-on experience in network administration or systems integration.
Certifications: CCNA or CCNP is highly preferred. Familiarity with CompTIA Network+ or Security+ is an advantage.
Technical Skills:
Proficiency in configuring Cisco, Mikrotik, Ubiquiti, etc hardware.
Practical experience with AV over IP and VoIP technologies.
Knowledge of solar power integration for IT infrastructure is a plus.
Soft Skills: Strong analytical problem-solving abilities, excellent technical documentation skills, and a professional demeanor for high-level client interactions.
