About the Role
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Cabinetmaker to join our production team. This is a permanent, full-time position offering competitive compensation at $37.00 per hour, with opportunities for overtime pay. Position Details
This is a permanent, full-time position requiring 35-40 hours of work per week. The schedule includes various shifts: early morning, morning, day, evening, weekend, and on-call as needed. The position is based on-site at our Calgary facility (T2E 6M2). We have two vacancies available, and we’re looking to fill these positions as soon as possible. Key Responsibilities
As a Cabinetmaker at Crown Kitchen Cabinets Ltd., you will be responsible for operating various woodworking machinery including power saws, jointers, mortisers, and shapers to cut, shape, and form parts and components. You’ll need to prepare specifications for custom-made cabinets that maximize storage and functionality while meeting client requirements. Using hand tools such as planes, chisels, or wood files, you’ll shape surfaces and edges of wood workpieces to achieve the desired finish and fit.
