The Head Solar Technician will oversee the installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of solar power systems, ensuring optimal performance and safety. Responsibilities include managing a team of technicians, conducting site assessments, supervising solar system installations, inspecting and repairing existing systems, and continually improving operational processes. This is a full-time, on-site role located in Lagos, requiring hands-on involvement and leadership in daily operations and project execution.

Qualifications

Comprehensive knowledge of Solar Systems, Solar Industry, and Solar Power technologies
Proficiency in Troubleshooting and diagnosing issues in solar and power generation systems
Strong understanding of Power Generation systems and renewable energy solutions
Proven leadership and team management skills with the ability to oversee technicians effectively
Experience in supervising installation and maintenance processes in the solar energy sector
Ability to work on-site in Lagos and manage time efficiently
Electrical engineering or renewable energy background preferred
Relevant certifications in solar technology or renewable energy systems are a plus
