We are seeking an experienced, execution-driven Marketing Manager to drive brand growth, digital visibility, patient acquisition, and impactful marketing campaigns in a premium healthcare environment.
This role requires a commercially minded and strategic marketing professional with strong expertise in campaign management, digital marketing, brand visibility, agency coordination, and growth-focused execution. The ideal candidate must be capable of delivering measurable impact while supporting the organization’s vision of transforming dental care in Nigeria.
Key Responsibilities
Marketing Execution & Campaign Management:
Plan and execute digital and offline marketing campaigns.
Coordinate promotions, service launches, and growth initiatives.
Ensure timely and high-quality delivery of all marketing activities.
Agency & Vendor Management:
Serve as the primary liaison with external marketing agencies and vendors.
Develop campaign briefs, timelines, and expectations.
Monitor agency performance and ensure value for marketing spend.
Digital Marketing & Brand Management:
Oversee social media, digital campaigns, and content performance.
Supervise the Graphics Designer/Digital Marketing Officer.
Maintain strong and consistent brand visibility across all channels.
Performance Tracking & Growth Support:
Monitor campaign performance, lead generation, and engagement metrics.
Support patient acquisition and business development initiatives.
Provide reports and insights to support continuous improvement.
Strategic Collaboration:
Collaborate with internal teams to support revenue-generating initiatives.
Monitor market trends, competitors, and customer insights.
Contribute ideas that drive business and brand growth.
Requirements & Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
Minimum of 8 years’ relevant marketing experience.
Strong digital marketing, content, and campaign management expertise.
Proven experience managing marketing agencies and vendors.
Demonstrated track record of driving brand visibility, engagement, and patient acquisition.
Strong analytical, project management, and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and coordination skills.
Experience in healthcare, hospitality, premium services, or related sectors is an added advantage.
