Position Details

We are seeking a responsible and customer-oriented taxi driver to join our team. This is a permanent, full-time position with the opportunity to work flexible hours including mornings, days, evenings, nights, weekends, and on-call shifts. Key Responsibilities

As a taxi driver with Tag Along Taxi Service, your primary responsibilities will include:

• Safely transporting passengers to their destinations in a timely manner
• Maintaining cleanliness of the vehicle at all times
• Performing minor repairs and maintenance as needed
• Ensuring the vehicle is regularly serviced and maintained
• Collecting fares accurately and efficiently
• Maintaining accurate records of all transactions
• Operating dispatch systems effectively to coordinate pickups and drop-offs
• Providing excellent customer service to all passengers
• Adhering to all traffic laws and regulations
• Assisting passengers with luggage and special needs

Required Qualifications

To be considered for this position, applicants must possess the following:

• A valid driver’s license (Alberta Class 4 license is preferred)
• Clean driving record
• Excellent knowledge of Camrose and surrounding areas
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Customer service oriented attitude
• Ability to handle cash transactions accurately

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, preference will be given to candidates with:

• Previous experience as a taxi driver or professional chauffeur
• Experience with dispatch systems
• First Aid/CPR certification
• Fluency in multiple languages

Working Environment

Schedule and Hours

Physical Requirements
