Position Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Nail Salon Manager to oversee the daily operations of our Burnaby location. This is a permanent, full-time position offering competitive compensation at $37.51 per hour for 32 hours per week. Key Responsibilities
Daily Operations Management
The Nail Salon Manager will be responsible for directing and controlling all daily salon operations. This includes opening and closing procedures, ensuring proper staffing levels, monitoring workflow efficiency, and maintaining a clean and organized work environment. You will evaluate daily operations to identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to enhance productivity and service quality.
Staff Management and Development
You will lead a team of 3-4 nail technicians, providing guidance, supervision, and support. Responsibilities include hiring qualified technicians, conducting thorough training programs, establishing performance expectations, and conducting regular performance evaluations. You will develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure consistent service delivery and maintain high standards of professionalism.
Financial Management
The manager will be responsible for planning and controlling the salon’s budget and inventory. This includes monitoring daily sales, tracking expenses, managing inventory levels, placing orders for supplies, and ensuring cost-effective operations. Customer Relations
