AACE Food Processing & Distribution Ltd. (AACE Foods) is an indigenous Nigerian company which was established in November 2009. We process, package and distribute nutritious and tasty food made from the best of West Africa’s fruits, herbs, vegetables and cereals. Our product line consists of spices, spreads, sauces and complementary food that excite and satisfy institutional, commercial and retail customers.
AACE Foods sources its produce from farmers in rural communities across the West and Central African region. Through its innovative product line, creative packaging, competitive pricing, and distribution strategy, AACE is gradually displacing imports and attracting new customers every day!Key Responsibilities
Sales Operations & Coordination
Oversee end-to-end sales operations, including order processing, invoicing coordination, and delivery tracking.
Ensure smooth execution of sales orders across B2B and Retail channels.
Liaise with Warehouse, Logistics, and Finance teams to ensure timely order fulfillment and issue resolution.
Monitor order cycle times and resolve operational bottlenecks.
Sales Administration Supervision
Supervise and manage the Sales Admin Officer to ensure accuracy and timeliness of sales documentation.
Review sales orders, invoices, and supporting documentation for completeness and compliance.
Ensure proper record-keeping of customer data, contracts, and sales transactions.
Standardize and improve sales administration processes.
Data Analysis & Reporting
Track and analyze sales performance across channels (B2B and Retail).
Generate daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports, dashboards, and performance summaries.
Identify trends in sales volume, customer demand, product performance, and regional distribution.
Provide insights and recommendations to improve sales performance and operational efficiency.
Demand Planning & Forecast Support
Support sales forecasting by analyzing historical data and market trends.
Work with Sales and Production teams to align demand with supply planning.
Highlight potential stock-out or overstock risks based on sales trends.
Performance Monitoring & Controls
Monitor sales targets versus actual performance and flag variances.
Track key metrics such as order fulfillment rate, sales growth, and channel performance.
Ensure adherence to pricing, discount structures, and sales policies.
Support audit processes by ensuring data accuracy and documentation integrity.
Process Improvement
Identify inefficiencies in sales operations and implement process improvements.
Support automation and digital tools for sales tracking and reporting (e.g., ERP/CRM systems).
Drive standard operating procedures (SOPs) for sales operations. Stakeholder Management
Work closely with Sales, Finance, Supply Chain, and Customer Service teams.
Support the sales team with data, reports, and operational insights.
Provide regular updates to management on sales operations performance.
Qualifications & Experience
BSc/HND in Business Administration, Economics, Statistics, Supply Chain, or a related field.
Minimum of 4–6 years’ experience in sales operations, sales administration, or commercial analytics.
At least 1–2 years in a supervisory or team lead role
Experience in FMCG, food processing, or distribution environment is strongly preferred.
Strong experience working with sales data, reporting tools, and ERP systems.
