We are seeking a dual-skilled Cafe and Front Office Executive to oversee daily front-of-house operations and café services.
This role blends guest relations, administrative coordination, and food & beverage management to ensure a seamless, welcoming experience for all visitors, clients, or guests.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee the day-to-day operations of the café to ensure smooth service delivery.
Supervise café staff, assign duties, and monitor attendance and punctuality.
Ensure compliance with hygiene, sanitation, and food safety standards.
Monitor stock levels, inventory, and coordinate procurement of café supplies.
Ensure exceptional customer service standards are maintained at all times.
Supervise daily front desk operations including check-in/check-out, switchboard, and guest inquiries.
Manage room or workspace reservations, handle booking systems, and optimize occupancy.
Train and lead front office staff on customer service, policies, and emergency procedures.
Resolve guest complaints promptly, maintaining high satisfaction scores.
Coordinate with housekeeping, security, and maintenance to ensure facility readiness.
Qualifications & Requirements
Minimum of Bachelor’s Degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
4–7 years of experience in café, hospitality, restaurant, or customer service management.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong problem-solving and customer complaint resolution skills.
Good knowledge of café operations, inventory management, and customer service standards.
