Responsibilities
In this exciting role you will:
Define, own, and continuously improve Group civil engineering standards and specifications in line with internal and external industry standards
Provide technical governance and approval for civil scope on key Group CapEx projects
Lead technical discussion related to masterplans and site expandability
Ensure alignment of civil solutions with site masterplans and long-term asset strategy.
Review and optimize civil CapEx costs, BoQs, and contractor proposals.
Embed sustainability, safety, and compliance into civil engineering solutions.
Act as Group technical authority for structural integrity and risk management
Requirements
You can be successfull in this role if you have
Degree in Civil or Structural Engineering
10–15+ years industrial or FMCG engineering experience (preferably food and beverage)
Strong background in large-scale capital projects
Proven ability to operate in an international matrix organization
Availability to travel up to 50% of the time
