The Bookstore Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the bookstore. This includes managing inventory, ensuring a positive customer experience, driving sales, supervising staff, and maintaining organized store displays. The manager will implement effective retail strategies, monitor store performance, and foster a welcoming environment for employees and customers alike. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Gandu Albasa.
Qualifications
Strong Customer Service skills, including the ability to provide a welcoming and helpful experience for all patrons
Proficiency in Inventory Management and maintaining an organized stock system
Experience in Sales, including achieving targets and upselling opportunities
Proven expertise in Store Management and overseeing daily retail operations
Knowledge of Retail best practices and trends
Excellent leadership and communication skills
Strong problem-solving and organizational abilities
Experience in the book industry is a plus
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field is preferred
