Research & Data Specialist / Consultant at Talent Lab Limited
Talent Lab is an indigenous talent capacity development and talent management organization that facilitates capacity-building interventions to upskill people within the mass labor market, serves as an aggregator for employers and employees, and is a recruiter of top talents for businesses and organizations. Responsibilities include designing and implementing research studies such as needs assessments, baseline, midline, and endline evaluations.
The role also involves managing data systems, analyzing complex datasets, and generating actionable insights to support program decision-making and performance improvement.
Additionally, the consultant will be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive MEL frameworks aligned with donor requirements and program objectives.
They will work closely with program teams to ensure data-driven planning, execution, and continuous improvement across interventions.
Requirements:
Applicants must possess a bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Economics, Public Health, Data Science, Social Sciences, or a related field, with 4–8+ years of progressive experience in research, data analytics, or MEL within development, consulting, or public sector environments.
An advanced degree such as MSc, MPH, MPP, or PhD is strongly preferred.
Experience with donor-funded programs and sectors like global health, education, nutrition, or social protection is an added advantage.
