A cook with the ability to prepare high-quality healthy food, following recipes, and maintaining a clean, safe, and organised workstation in a fast-paced environment. Key duties include prepping ingredients, following diet plan and scheduled eating times, operating kitchen equipment (grills, ovens), plating, managing inventory, and ensuring all food safety standards are strictly followed.
Must be good on meal prep, preparing nigerian local delicacies (Igbo, Hausa, Yoruba, south-south), continental, and pastries.
Breakfast must be ready on or before 7:00am every morning.

Candidate may also choose to go home after work hours but must be able to resume early to prepare breakfast on time.
