Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Ethnic Hair Service Manager to lead our team of 3-4 professionals. As a manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our salon, maintaining high standards of service, and fostering a positive work environment. This is a permanent, full-time position offering competitive compensation and comprehensive benefits.

Job Location

Compensation

We offer a competitive hourly wage of $38.00 CAD for this full-time position. The role involves 40 hours per week, providing stable and consistent employment. In addition to your base salary, you will be eligible for performance-based incentives and bonuses based on salon performance metrics.

Key Responsibilities

As Ethnic Hair Service Manager, you will be responsible for directing and controlling daily salon operations to ensure efficient workflow and exceptional client service. Your role involves evaluating daily operations, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing strategies to enhance performance and customer satisfaction.

Team Management

You will oversee and manage a team of 3-4 hair professionals, providing guidance, support, and regular feedback to ensure team cohesion and high performance. This includes scheduling, performance evaluations, and professional development opportunities for team members.

Client Experience

Maintaining a high standard of client service is essential. You will address client concerns, resolve conflicts, and implement strategies to enhance the overall client experience. Building strong relationships with clients and ensuring their satisfaction will be a key focus of your role.

Inventory Management

Overseeing inventory of hair care products, tools, and equipment is another critical responsibility. You will manage ordering, stock levels, and ensure that all supplies are available to meet client demand while minimizing waste and controlling costs.
