Responsible for driving and maintaining assigned vehicles for official company operations, ensuring safe and timely movement of documents, materials, equipment, or management when required.
The role also involves routine vehicle checks, cleanliness, compliance with traffic regulations, and proper record keeping.
Key Responsibilities
Drive company vehicles for official assignments and operational activities.
Ensure timely delivery and collection of documents, materials, and other items.
Maintain cleanliness and proper condition of assigned vehicle(s).
Conduct daily vehicle inspections and report faults or maintenance needs.
Monitor fuel levels and ensure vehicles are always ready for use.
Keep accurate records of trips, fuel usage, and servicing schedules.
Adhere strictly to traffic laws, safety regulations, and company policies.
Assist with loading and unloading items when necessary.
Ensure all vehicle documents are valid and up to date.
Requirements
Minimum of SSCE qualification.
Valid driver’s license with a good driving record.
Proven experience as a company or corporate driver is an added advantage.
Good knowledge of road networks and traffic regulations.
Basic understanding of vehicle maintenance and safety practices.
Strong sense of responsibility, punctuality, and professionalism.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
