We are seeking a skilled HVAC VRV/VRF Technician to handle the installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and servicing of VRV/VRF air conditioning systems across residential, commercial, and industrial projects.
The ideal candidate must have strong technical expertise in HVAC systems, fault diagnostics, and preventive maintenance with hands-on experience working with leading VRV/VRF brands.
Key Responsibilities
Install, commission, and maintain VRV/VRF HVAC systems.
Diagnose system faults and carry out effective repairs.
Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance activities.
Monitor refrigerant levels, airflow, and electrical components for optimal performance.
Handle refrigerant charging, leak detection, and pressure testing in line with safety standards.
Read and interpret blueprints, wiring diagrams, and technical schematics.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company operational standards.
Collaborate with engineers, project teams, and clients to ensure successful project execution.
Maintain accurate service reports, maintenance logs, and inventory records.
Stay updated on new HVAC technologies and VRV/VRF system advancements.
Requirements
Diploma or Certification in HVAC, Refrigeration, or related discipline.
Minimum of 3 years’ experience working on VRV/VRF systems.
Strong understanding of HVAC systems, controls, troubleshooting, and diagnostics.
Experience working with brands such as Daikin, Mitsubishi, LG, Samsung, etc.
Ability to interpret technical drawings and wiring schematics.
Good problem-solving and communication skills.
Ability to work in confined spaces and handle physical tasks when required.
Valid HVAC certification or relevant licensing is an added advantage.
