Job Summary
We are seeking a proactive, organized, and detail-oriented Junior Project Officer to support the planning, coordination, execution, and monitoring of projects across the organization.
The ideal candidate will work closely with the Project Manager and cross-functional teams to ensure project activities are properly coordinated, executed efficiently, and completed within agreed timelines.
This role is ideal for an early-career professional looking to build hands-on experience in project coordination, reporting, stakeholder communication, and operational support within a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
Support the Project Manager in planning, coordinating, and implementing project activities.
Assist in tracking project timelines, deliverables, and milestones.
Coordinate project meetings, schedules, documentation, and follow-ups.
Prepare project reports, updates, and presentations for management review.
Liaise with vendors, clients, and internal teams to support smooth project execution.
Monitor project progress and escalate issues where necessary.
Ensure proper documentation and filing of project records.
Assist with budget tracking and resource coordination.
Support risk identification and issue resolution activities.
Ensure compliance with company standards and project requirements.
Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in Project Management, Mechanical Engineering, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
0 – 2 years of experience in project coordination, project support, internship, or administrative roles.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
Basic knowledge of project management tools or methodologies is an added advantage.
Strong willingness to learn and grow within a project-focused role.
