A Project Officer facilitates project success by coordinating schedules, resources, and administrative tasks, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.
They act as a key communicator, tracking progress, maintaining documentation, managing risks, and providing reporting support to Project Managers.
They often act as a central hub between team members and stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
Project Coordination: Assisting in planning, executing, and tracking project milestones and deadlines.
Administration & Documentation: Maintaining project files, creating meeting notes, preparing status reports, and managing documentation.
Communication & Support: Serving as the central point of contact for stakeholders and team members.
Budgeting & Resource Management: Monitoring project budgets, expenses, and coordinating resources (staff, tools).
Risk & Issue Management: Identifying potential issues early and aiding in the development of mitigation strategies.
Qualifications
Interested candidates should possess a Bachelor`s Degree with 4 – 6 years experience.
