Accurately process monthly payroll within approved timelines.
Maintain and update employee payroll records and salary information.
Calculate salaries, overtime, bonuses, allowances, deductions, and final settlements.
Reconcile payroll reports and resolve any discrepancies.
Prepare payroll reports for management review and audit purposes.
Safeguard the confidentiality of payroll information and employee records.
Monitor attendance, leave records, and overtime data for payroll processing.
Address employee inquiries related to payroll and resolve issues promptly.
Support payroll audits and ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
Maintain proper documentation and filing of payroll records.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
Proven experience as a Payroll Officer or similar role.
Strong knowledge of payroll processes and statutory regulations.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and payroll/HRIS systems.
Strong numerical and analytical skills.
High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
Good communication and confidentiality management skills.
