The Digital Marketer will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing multi-channel digital campaigns to drive brand awareness, customer acquisition, and revenue growth.
Key responsibilities include managing social media platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, Twitter), developing and scheduling engaging content, monitoring SEO/SEM performance, executing email marketing campaigns, analyzing website and campaign analytics using tools like Google Analytics, and preparing monthly performance reports.
The role also requires close collaboration with the sales and creative teams to ensure brand consistency and lead generation targets are met.
The Digital Marketer is expected to stay current with digital marketing trends and recommend innovative strategies to improve online visibility and engagement.
Educational and Skills Requirements
A Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field is required.
Candidates must possess at least three (3) years of proven work experience in a digital marketing role, with a demonstrable portfolio of successful campaigns.
Essential skills include proficiency in social media management tools, Google Analytics, SEO/SEM tools, email marketing platforms, and graphic design tools.
Strong written and verbal communication skills, data-driven decision-making ability, project management competence, and a working knowledge of content management systems are highly desirable.
