Location: G.R.A Benin City 

Responsible for overseeing bar operations while ensuring strict control over sales, cash, and inventory, with accurate daily reconciliation and full accountability.

Key Responsibilities

Supervise daily bar operations and staff
Ensure accurate recording of all sales (POS & cash)
Perform daily reconciliation (sales vs cash vs stock)
Enforce strict control on credit sales
Coordinate stock requests and verify stock received
Record and report all damaged items with approval
Submit daily, weekly, and monthly reports
Ensure compliance with all control and audit procedures

Requirements

HND/BSc in Accounting, Business Administration, or related field
3–5 years experience in bar, hospitality, or retail operations
Strong knowledge of cash handling, stock control, and reconciliation
High integrity, attention to detail, and leadership ability

KPIs

Zero/minimal daily variances
Accurate and timely reporting
Controlled damage and zero unauthorized credit
Clean audit outcomes
