We are seeking a Marketing & Brand Management Manager for a full-time, on-site position based in Ibadan. The role involves overseeing marketing campaigns, developing and implementing brand strategies, analyzing market trends, managing promotional activities, and enhancing brand visibility.
The manager will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure consistency in brand messaging and drive customer engagement while identifying growth opportunities.
Additionally, the role includes budget management and liaising with external agencies to execute campaigns effectively.
Qualifications
Proficiency in developing and executing brand and marketing strategies, analyzing market trends, and identifying consumer insights.
Strong skills in campaign management, promotional activities, and brand positioning strategies.
Excellent leadership and team management abilities to work collaboratively across departments and with external agencies.
Exceptional communication and presentation skills, along with attention to detail and project management expertise.
A bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. A master's degree or relevant certifications are a plus.
Proven experience in a marketing or brand management role, preferably in retail, food services, or consumer goods industries.
Analytical skills and proficiency in marketing analytics tools to evaluate performance and ROI.
