We are now expanding our locations in Lagos and we need a receptionist to serve as the first point of contact at Campus HQ and play a critical role in shaping first impressions.
This role ensures a professional, welcoming, and well-organized front desk experience for members, guests, and partners.
Responsibilties
Serve as the first point of contact, warmly welcoming tenants, visitors, and guests and ensuring a professional front-of-house experience.
Manage day-to-day front desk operations, including visitor registration, phone calls, mail handling, and courier deliveries.
Coordinate meeting room bookings and support smooth day-to-day workspace operations.
Maintain a tidy, well-presented, and inviting reception area at all times.
Provide administrative and operational support to the operations and community teams as required.
Key Success Metrics
Visitor & tenant experience: Consistently professional service with minimal complaints and positive feedback.
Front desk efficiency: Calls, visitors, mail, and deliveries handled accurately and on time.
Meeting room support: Bookings and room setups executed without conflicts or delays.
Reception standards: Reception areas kept clean, organised, and brand-appropriate at all times.
Reliability & teamwork: Strong punctuality, attendance, and timely support to operations and community teams.
Key Qualifications
3 – 5 years experience in a front desk, administrative, or customer-facing role.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Professional appearance and customer-first mindset.
Basic proficiency with office tools and scheduling systems.
