We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented NYSC HR Intern to join our Human Resources team. This role offers hands-on experience in core HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, and administrative support.
The ideal candidate must still be actively serving and have a minimum of 10 months remaining in their NYSC program, as well as reside within close proximity to Lekki Phase 1.
Key Responsibilities
Assist in the recruitment process, including job postings, candidate screening, and interview coordination
Support onboarding activities for new hires, including documentation and orientation
Maintain and update employee records and HR databases
Assist in organizing staff engagement activities and events
Provide administrative support to the HR team
Handle basic employee inquiries and escalate when necessary
Ensure confidentiality of sensitive HR information
Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
Currently enrolled in the NYSC program with at least 10 months remaining
Must reside in or near Lekki Phase 1, Lagos
Strong organizational and time management skills
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
High level of professionalism and integrity
