The Personal Assistant will provide high-level operational, administrative and organizational support to an Executive; to enable strategic focus. Managing complex diaries, handling sensitive information and acting with discretion.
Candidates should be efficient, proactive, highly organized and comfortable working across multiple stakeholders.
The role involves managing daily priorities, coordinating internal and external communications and preparing concise reports to support decision making.
Key Responsibilities
Managingcalendars, prioritizing appointments and ensuring efficient time allocation.
SupportingExecutive’s personal brand and social media presence.
Coordinatingand arrangingdomestic and international travel and logistics.
Organizingmeetings, including agendas, presentations prepping and minute-taking.
Screening and managingcorrespondence and communications on Executive'sbehalf.
Maintain confidentiality of sensitive matters and handle information with discretion.
Monitoring and follow-ups on delegated actions to ensure timely completion.
Managingfiling anddocumentation to support information readiness and flow.
Anticipatingneeds and providingad hoc support on strategic projects and initiatives.
Requirements
Only Residents of Lekki- for proximity (Please do not apply if NOT a resident).
Graduate Degree in administration or relevant field is preferred.
2-4 years’ post-graduate experience as a personal assistant supporting C-Suite executives.
Tech savvy, proficient in MS-Suite andat least TWO(2) relevant AI tools.
Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage complex diaries and priorities.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with strong attention to detail.
High levels of discretion, integrity and ability to handle confidential information.
Strong time management and the ability to work to tight deadlines under pressure.
Experience preparing executive briefings, reports and presentations.
Problem solving skills with a proactive, service-oriented approach.
