We are seeking an experienced and highly organized Floor Manager to oversee daily operations and manage a large workforce of approximately 100 employees.
The ideal candidate will ensure smooth floor operations, maintain high service standards, and drive team productivity in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
Supervise, coordinate, and lead a team of 100+ staff across daily operations
Monitor workflow, ensuring efficiency, productivity, and adherence to company standards
Develop and manage staff schedules, shifts, and task allocation
Ensure excellent customer service and resolve escalated issues promptly
Conduct regular staff briefings, training, and performance evaluations
Maintain compliance with company policies, health & safety, and operational procedures
Collaborate with senior management to improve operational performance
Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and prepare reports
Handle conflict resolution and maintain a positive work environment
Ensure proper stock handling, inventory control, and loss prevention (if applicable)
Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience in Business Administration or related field
3–5 years’ experience as a Floor Manager or similar role
Proven experience supervising large teams (80–100+ staff)
Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
Problem-solving mindset with strong decision-making ability
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and reporting tools
Preferred Skills:
Experience in retail, hospitality, logistics, or manufacturing environments
Strong people management and conflict resolution skills
Knowledge of operational best practices and workforce management
