The Restaurant Manager will be responsible for supervising daily restaurant operations, ensuring excellent customer service, managing staff performance, maintaining quality standards, and driving overall efficiency.
The ideal candidate must have strong leadership skills, a solid background in QSR operations, and the ability to manage people and processes effectively.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee day-to-day restaurant operations
Ensure excellent customer service and guest satisfaction
Supervise, train, and evaluate staff performance
Manage inventory, stock levels, and supply orders
Enforce hygiene, safety, and quality control standards
Handle customer concerns and resolve issues promptly
Monitor operational costs and minimize wastage
Ensure compliance with company policies and operational standards
Prepare and submit daily/weekly operational reports
Work closely with management to achieve business targets.
Requirements
Minimum of OND / HND / B.Sc. in any related field
3–5 years experience as a Restaurant Manager or Supervisor in a QSR environment
Strong leadership and team management skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
Must be disciplined, proactive, and results-driven
Must reside on the Island or be able to easily commute due to the nature of the business.
