We are currently seeking a skilled User Experience Designer to join our creative team on a permanent, full-time basis. Compensation and Benefits
We offer a competitive hourly wage of $37.00 CAD for this position, based on a 30 to 40-hour work week. Position Details
This is a permanent, full-time position with a daytime schedule that starts as soon as possible. We are looking for candidates who are ready to make a long-term commitment to our team and contribute to our ongoing success. The role involves working directly with clients and team members to create exceptional user experiences across various digital platforms.
Key Responsibilities
As a User Experience Designer at PhoneBox, you will be responsible for:
- Supervising other graphic designers or graphic arts technicians
- Estimating time to complete graphic designs and illustrations
- Adapting existing illustrations to meet new requirements
- Consulting with clients to determine the nature and content of illustrations
- Developing and producing realistic or representational sketches and final illustrations
- Creating 2-D and 3-D animated drawings or computer illustrations
- Working effectively in a multidisciplinary environment
- Coordinating all aspects of production for print, audio-visual or electronic materials
- Managing subcontractors and external partners
- Establishing the overall look, graphic elements and content of communications materials
- Determining the most appropriate medium for communication
- Developing graphic elements that meet clients’ objectives
- Preparing sketches, layouts and graphic elements
- Processing files and paperwork efficiently
Required Experience
Candidates for this position should possess experience with the following:
- Adobe Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.)
- MS Office applications
- Figma and other UX design tools
- E-commerce platform design

Technical Requirements
