Lonadek Global Services is seeking an experienced and results-driven General Manager for one of its clients in the construction and civil engineering industry to lead and oversee end-to-end operations. The ideal candidate will be a strategic and hands-on leader capable of independently managing multi-site operations, leading large teams, and driving consistent business performance.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee daily operations across multiple sites, ensuring efficiency and quality delivery
Drive execution of business strategies and operational goals
Lead, manage, and develop cross-functional teams
Ensure timely delivery of projects and optimal resource utilisation
Identify and resolve operational challenges proactively
Make sound, independent decisions aligned with business objectives
Requirements
Minimum of 15 – 20 years\' leadership experience in construction, engineering, or related fields
Proven ability to manage large teams and complex operations
Strong strategic thinking and decision-making skills
Demonstrated capacity to run operations independently
Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
Strong project and performance management experience
