We are seeking a smart, well-presented, and customer-focused Receptionist to join our team at Reverse Aesthetics, Abuja branch (Mabushi).
The ideal candidate will serve as the first point of contact for clients, ensuring a seamless and professional experience while supporting daily administrative operations.

Key Responsibilities

Welcome and attend to clients in a warm and professional manner
Manage appointment bookings, confirmations, and rescheduling
Handle phone calls, WhatsApp inquiries, and walk-in clients
Maintain accurate client records and payment tracking
Support front desk sales and promote clinic services and packages
Coordinate with medical and operations teams for smooth service delivery
Ensure the reception area is clean, organized, and presentable at all times
Assist with basic administrative tasks and reporting

Requirements
Education & Experience:

Minimum of OND in a relevant field
1–3 years experience in a receptionist, front desk, or customer service role.

Skills:

Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Good use of Microsoft Office and basic digital tools
Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
Professional appearance and customer service mindset
Sales or upselling ability is an added advantage
Prior experience in a clinic, spa, or customer-facing role is preferred.
