Job Summary

Main Duties and Responsibilities
Key responsibilities include performing vascular and non-vascular interventional procedures for inpatient and outpatient populations. You’ll maintain a general diagnostic radiology workload and participate in the on-call rota on a 1:24 cross-county basis without out-of-hours interventional coverage.

Job Plan Structure
A personalized 10 PA job plan will be agreed within 3 months, annually reviewed. Full-time allocation: 7.5 PAs for clinical activities (including emergency work) and 2.5 SPAs for professional development, teaching, and research.

Person Specification
Essential requirements include MBBS/MBChB, FRCR (or equivalent), and GMC registration with specialist entry via CCT or CESR. Demonstrable commitment to clinical audit and research is mandatory with equivalent training to UK CCT standards.
Specialist Experience
Essential experience in Interventional Radiology including complex procedures like embolization, angioplasty, and biopsy techniques. Proven ability to work effectively in multidisciplinary teams with strong communication skills.
Remuneration Package

Certificate of Sponsorship Details
