Requirements:
LL.B and B.L (Called to the Nigerian Bar).
1–2 years of experience in corporate secretarial role.
Tech savvy.
Familiarity with the Companies and Allied Matters Act (CAMA).
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage competing deadlines.
High level of discretion and integrity when handling confidential information.
