Perform land and construction surveys, including topographic, boundary, and property surveys.
Use GPS, Total Stations, and other advanced surveying tools to collect accurate data.
Analyze survey data and create precise maps, reports, and documentation for projects.
Ensure all survey work complies with legal and regulatory requirements.
Collaborate with engineers, architects, and planners to provide accurate survey information.
Conduct field surveys in various environments and prepare necessary legal descriptions.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Surveying, Geomatics, or a related field with 2-3 years of experience.
Proficiency in surveying tools and software like GPS, GIS, Total Stations, and CAD.
In-depth knowledge of land surveying principles, laws, and regulations
Ability to produce accurate maps, survey reports, and legal documentation.
Strong attention to detail and analytical skills for data interpretation.
Ability to work in the field under varying conditions and produce timely results.
