China Civil Engineering Construction Corporation (CCECC) Nigeria Limited is a major international construction company and a subsidiary of the state-owned Chinese enterprise CCECC. Established in Nigeria in 1981, it has grown into one of the country’s most prominent infrastructure development firms, with operations spanning all 36 states and the Federal Capital Territory, Abuja.Responsibilities:
Formulate the direction of business expansion and establish a market development team to ensure the achievement of annual business targets.
Provide strategic leadership in expanding key markets and acquiring new clients, and oversee the establishment and management of senior-level client relationships.
Take full responsibility for the entire bidding process, including bid strategy, JV/consortium structuring, risk assessment, and preparation and review of bid documents.
Support post-award commercial handover, contract clarification, negotiations, and initial project mobilization.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree or above in Business Administration, Engineering Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
8+ years of senior management experience in business development and commercial management.
Familiar with Nigeria and international engineering markets and relevant regulations.
Possess hands-on experience in independently leading and preparing bid documents for large-scale engineering and consultancy projects, rather than only performing review or approval functions.
Be well-versed in international engineering tendering procedures (including EOI, PQ, RFP, RFQ, etc.) and the project procurement processes of multilateral financial institutions such as the World Bank and the African Development Bank.
Preference will be given to candidates with an established network of clients and project resources in the Nigerian market.
