Design subgrade structures for roads, railways, and infrastructure projects, ensuring stability and safety.
Perform soil analysis, geotechnical evaluations, and load assessments to guide design decisions.
Develop detailed drawings and models, specifying materials and construction methods for subgrade systems.
Collaborate with civil engineers, surveyors, and project managers to ensure design feasibility and accuracy.
Ensure all subgrade designs comply with safety regulations, environmental standards, and project requirements.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or Geotechnical Engineering, with 2-3 years of experience in subgrade design.
Proficiency in AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and geotechnical analysis tools such as PLAXIS or GeoStudio.
Strong knowledge of soil mechanics, material properties, and subgrade construction methods.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail in designing stable and durable subgrade systems.
Ability to work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams under tight project timelines.
Communication skills, with experience preparing technical reports and design presentations.
