Our services cover Engineering, Procurement, Project Management, Fabrication/Construction, Installation and Commissioning to project owners and operators, and procurement of wide ranges of Lubricants and Oilfield Chemicals used in Upstream (Production Specialty Chemicals, Drilling, Cementing, Well Completion and Stimulation) and Downstream (crude oil production and its treatment).Key Responsibilities
Inspect, install, maintain, and repair piping systems, valves, flanges, fittings, and associated mechanical components.
Plan and coordinate maintenance activities for piping and valve systems to minimize downtime and optimize performance.
Troubleshoot and resolve mechanical issues related to piping and valves, including leaks, pressure loss, and flow restrictions.
Ensure proper functioning of valves, actuators, and instrumentation in accordance with design specifications.
Support commissioning and decommissioning of piping systems and valves.
Collaborate with engineering, operations, and maintenance teams to ensure system reliability and integrity.
Maintain accurate maintenance records, inspection reports, and valve tagging information.
Ensure compliance with safety standards, company procedures, and industry codes (ASME, API, ANSI).
Recommend and implement preventive maintenance strategies for piping and valve systems.
Qualifications
Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
Minimum 3 – 5 years of experience in mechanical piping and valves maintenance, preferably in oil & gas, petrochemical, or industrial plants.
Strong knowledge of valve types (gate, globe, ball, check, control) and piping systems.
Familiarity with piping codes and standards such as ASME B31.3, API, and ANSI.
Proficient in reading P&IDs, isometric drawings, and mechanical specifications.
Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.
Knowledge of welding, flanging, and mechanical joint integrity practices.
