Job Overview
We are seeking experienced Advanced Nurse or Clinical Practitioners passionate about delivering high-quality patient care to join our Out of Hours team in Colchester. Role Responsibilities
As an Advanced Clinical/Nurse Practitioner in our Out of Hours service, you will be responsible for delivering comprehensive clinical assessment, diagnosis, and treatment for patients presenting with urgent healthcare needs. Your duties will include conducting consultations from the clinical base, undertaking home visits to patients requiring assessment or treatment in their own residence, and managing telephone triage with expert clinical advice and risk assessment.
