Responsible for developing all project design concepts and preparing drawings, sketches, diagrams, and digital models using tools like AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, or Rhino.
Job Responsibilities
Produce detailed architectural drawings (plans, elevations, sections).
Prepares construction documents and specifications.
Ensure drawings comply with building codes, standards, and regulations

Conduct site analysis (climate, topography, cultural context).
Research materials, sustainable design practices, and innovative construction methods.
Support the project team in coordinating with engineers, contractors, and consultants.
Maintain communication logs and project documentation.
Competence Requirements
Strong leadership, communication and writing skills, and the ability to make presentations.
Strong interpersonal, teamwork skills, and excellent attention to detail.
Building Codes, Fire & H&S Compliance
Analytical thinking and problem-solving.
Dispute resolution.
Understanding engineering science, construction, and technology.
Understanding current buildings, health, and safety regulations.
Computer literacy and confidence using office and electronic project management programs.
Qualification/Experience
HND / Bachelor of Architecture (B.Arch.).
3-5 years of experience with Practical training under licensed architects.
Experience leading projects from concept to completion.
Familiarity with building codes, zoning laws, and safety regulations.
Commitment to ethical practice and sustainability.
