Project Manager – Borehole & Dewatering Systems at Concrete Logistics Limited

Position Summary
The Project Manager will be responsible for the planning, execution, and supervision of borehole drilling and dewatering installations across multiple project sites.
The role requires strong technical knowledge of borehole production, groundwater control systems, pumps, and construction site dewatering operations.
Key Responsibilities
Project Planning & Execution
Plan and manage borehole drilling operations for dewatering systems.
Design and supervise installation of:
Borehole dewatering wells
Wellpoint systems
Pumping systems and discharge pipelines
Interpret soil investigation reports and groundwater conditions.
Determine number, spacing, and depth of dewatering wells.
Site Supervision
Manage drilling teams and subcontractors.
Supervise installation of:
Borehole casings
Screens and gravel packs
Submersible pumps
Ensure systems operate efficiently and maintain required drawdown levels.
Equipment & Operations
Manage operation and maintenance of:
Diesel pumps
Submersible borehole pumps
Generator power systems
Control panels and monitoring systems
Troubleshoot pump failures and performance issues.
Monitoring & Reporting
Monitor groundwater levels and pumping performance.
Maintain daily site logs and pumping reports.
Provide technical reports to management and clients.
Health, Safety & Compliance
Ensure safe drilling and pumping operations.
Enforce HSE standards on construction sites.
Ensure compliance with project specifications and engineering standards.
Required Qualifications
Education
Degree or HND in:
Civil Engineering
Mechanical Engineering
Geotechnical Engineering
Hydrology / Water Resources
Experience
Minimum 5–6 years experience in:
Borehole drilling
Construction dewatering systems
Pumping operations
Experience managing large dewatering projects for foundations, basements, or infrastructure.
Technical Skills
Strong knowledge of:
Groundwater control systems
Borehole drilling methods
Pump selection and performance
Wellpoint systems
Soil conditions and permeability
Diesel pump operations
Pump control panels and automation
