Compensation and Benefits

Core Responsibilities

As our Nanny, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive care for children, including bathing, dressing, and feeding infants and children. You will maintain a safe and healthy environment in our home while organizing activities such as games and outings for the children.

Child Care Duties

Your primary responsibilities will include supervising and caring for children at all times, tending to their emotional well-being, and helping children with homework. You will take children to and from school and appointments, ensuring their safety and punctuality throughout the day.

Household Management

In addition to childcare, you will perform light housekeeping and cleaning duties, shop for food and household supplies, and handle laundry tasks including washing, ironing, and pressing clothing and household linens. You will also prepare and serve nutritious meals for the children.

Health and Safety

Maintaining a safe environment is paramount. You will change diapers as needed, keep records of daily activities and health information regarding children, and ensure the home remains child-safe at all times. You will also instruct children in personal hygiene and social development.

Family Support

You will be expected to assume full responsibility for household in absence of parents and travel with family on trips to assist with child supervision and housekeeping duties. Discipline will be administered according to the methods specifically requested by the parents.
