Salary and Compensation

Employment Details
This is a permanent, full-time position with Peppercorns Eatery. The role requires availability during morning, day, evening, night, and weekend shifts to ensure our restaurant operates smoothly at all times. Work Schedule

Key Responsibilities
As Restaurant Manager at Peppercorns Eatery, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our restaurant operations. Financial Management

Additionally, you’ll balance cash, complete balance sheets, cash reports, and related forms to ensure financial accuracy and accountability.

You will evaluate daily operations to identify areas for improvement, modify food preparation methods and menu prices according to the restaurant budget, and implement operational procedures that enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction. Your ability to assess daily operations and implement improvements will be critical to our restaurant’s success.
Staff Management
Leading and developing our team will be a key responsibility. You will recruit staff, set work schedules, supervise staff performance, train new employees, and conduct regular performance reviews. Your leadership will ensure our team delivers exceptional service and maintains high standards across all aspects of our restaurant operations.
Customer Relations
Providing excellent customer service is at the heart of our business. As Restaurant Manager, you will address customers’ complaints or concerns with professionalism and empathy, ensuring their dining experience meets our high standards. Inventory and Supply Management
