Position Overview
We are looking for a creative and technically proficient Video Producer to oversee all aspects of video production for Rosso Coffee Roasters. Compensation and Benefits Package
We offer a competitive salary of $36.00 per hour for this Video Producer position. The role is part-time, with approximately 30 hours per week. Required Experience and Qualifications
To be successful in this Video Producer role, you should have extensive experience in audio-visual production and videography. Proficiency with 3D graphic software, Adobe After Effects, Adobe Suite, and Adobe Premiere Pro is essential. You should have a strong understanding of visual effects, multimedia production, and experience in preproduction direction, technical direction, and postproduction direction. Background in advertising or communications is highly valued, along with specialized knowledge in video production, lighting techniques, and camera operation.
Key Responsibilities
As our Video Producer, you will be responsible for arranging film segments into sequences to achieve continuity and desired effects. You’ll determine scheduling of production activities and edit motion picture film based on the creative vision. The role involves interpreting scripts, supervising staff or team members, and planning, organizing, and directing the artistic aspects of production. You’ll co-ordinate and direct photography, determine lighting, lenses, camera angles, and backgrounds, and supervise technical staff. Additionally, you’ll plan and maintain production schedules, operate specialized cameras, and prepare and operate videotape recording and playback equipment, editing video tape after production.
Technical Skills
This position requires proficiency with various technical aspects of video production. You should be comfortable operating specialized cameras and video equipment. Experience with editing software including Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects is mandatory. Knowledge of 3D graphic software and the Adobe Suite is essential. You should understand lighting techniques, camera operation, and have the ability to troubleshoot technical issues that may arise during production.
Creative Direction
