Responsible for the collection team training.
Update the Training documents according to the training and business requirements
Inspire employees' work enthusiasm and improve their learning outcomes (personal personality is more outgoing, able to chat)

Job requirements:

More than 1 year of training experience in the same industry (Collection)is preferred;
Understand and or can speak Chinese is an advantage
